Welcome to the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps (RCSCC) ADMIRAL BUDGE website. Any youth who has reached their 12th birthday and has not turned 19 can be a Sea Cadet. 

RCSCC ADMIRAL BUDGE has been dedicated to the training of youth in the Saanich Peninsula area since 1969. ADMIRAL BUDGE parades on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 9pm during school months, and optional training running Thursday nights from 6:30pm - 8pm, with several weekend activities scheduled throughout the training year.

Regular Training: Wednesday nights from September through June
Optional Training: Thursday nights from September through April
Band Trainining: Select Monday nights, at CFB Esquimalt

Boating: Select weekends

There are no registration fees or dues to join the Cadet Program and all are welcome. We encourage you to contact us is you have any questions, comments or would like to join us!
