Applications are now being accepted for summer training opportunities!

Summer training is a great perk of joining the cadet program - Course cadets receive a training bonus of $60 per week, learn new skills, and make life-long friends! The Department of National Defence also pays for travel to and from the training centre, accomodations, and food.

Course listing:

* Ages listed are ideal ranges for the course.

** Cadets with strict medical limitations may not be eligible for certain courses.

*** Discuss available employment opportunities with the Training Officer.

A minimum of 75% attendance at all mandatory cadet activities is required in order to be considered for summer training opportunities. All course applications will be ranked based on attendance and merit.

Questions about any of the course content, age groups, or training levels can be discussed in person with the Training Officer, SLt DeLong.

Applications are due at the corps by 7 January 2013. Late applications will be considered, but may not make the cutoff at the provincial headquarters.
